OPTIMIZE RECOVERY
Pain and injury often lead to weaknesses, movement compensations, reduced power, and apprehensions or fear with certain positions and/or movements. These may have a big impact on work or athletic activities and may alter movement skills required to perform tasks required at work or in sport. Sometimes, these secondary effects (and even pain) may stay long after the injury has healed. For this reason, we have a program to help those who may have missed a step or two in their recovery, those who rushed their recovery, or even those who never had a chance to recover completely.
