INJURY PREVENTION
This is a program with a three-fold focus: finding weaknesses and improving on them, identifying strengths and capitalizing on them, and building the capacity to tolerate weaknesses when they come out while displaying the strengths more consistently over a longer period of time. Highly recommended for those with a history of injury, fatigue or “overuse”, and those recovering from competition, tournaments or intense training programs.
